Summer Vehicle
Fire! Fire!
This term we are exploring the Great Fire of London through our history lessons. As our final product we will be creating our own fire engines (if only these existed in 1666!). This links with our DT focus on wheels and axles. We enjoyed an exciting class trip, linked to our curriculum vehicle, to the Ancient High House.
In science we are exploring how plants grow and creating our own school allotment. In geography lessons we are exploring Africa with a particular focus on Zambia. We are creating digital music and improving our presentation skills in computing. Our focus artist this term is sculptor, Andy Goldsworthy.
