Spellings

There has been some confusion this term with spellings in Year 5, I can only apologise. Starting in this Autumn term Year 5 will be starting to complete weekly spelling tests alongside the CenturyTech homework. There spelling practice will be completed in school. There will be opportunity for the pupils to take home some of their spellings to also practice at home. 

If you wish to have some additional practice, then a spelling list for Year 5 and Year 6 as well as a list of high frequency words will be linked underneath. 

The latest spelling list to practice is spelling test 4. The list of 20 words will be attached on this page and in the homework folder dated 11.04. The spelling test will come a few weeks after Year 5 return from Easter holidays.
