Homework

Homework will be set each week for maths and English in line with our school policy. 

English - Work will be set for grammar or writing. Children will be expected to read for at least 15 minutes each day and to record this in their reading record, as well as asking an adult to sign their reading bookworm. Follow this link for some some recommended books for Year 3

Maths - Daily maths homework will be provided and tasks will be set on Century Tech every Thursday linked to the current maths topic. In addition to this, please ensure that Times Tables Rock Stars is being used regularly to improve mental recall. Please also support your child in practising the key instant recall facts for this term. Ideas are shown below.
