24.3.23

This week we have been learning all about transport. We have identified different modes of transport from the present and the past, we also enjoyed designing our own. We used the construction materials both inside and outside to build our own vehicles, we particularly enjoyed using the train driver's hat!

In maths, we have been learning about patterns and have created our own AB patterns.

For homework this week, we would like to remind you about the project piece of work based on Mary Anning (this could be making a fossil, drawing a picture, writing a sentence etc).  Please bring into school for Monday, or add a picture to Tapestry.

Instead of a book to read this week we have provided ditty sheets, at the bottom of the sheets are ideas for sentence writing to do with your child.

For maths, please support your child in creating a pattern with objects in the house eg cuttlery, coloured socks etc.

Reminder - please ensure you return the permission form for the library visit by Monday.

Thank you
