What a fantastic evening at the Catholic Schools Tag Rugby Tournament!
Our Y5&6 team played brilliantly, showcasing not only impressive skill on the pitch but also outstanding teamwork and sportsmanship throughout. Their dedication and positive attitude truly shone in every match.
We’re incredibly proud to share that the team won all 5 of their games, finishing in 1st place!
A huge well done to all the children for representing the school so wonderfully—you were a credit to us!



On Tuesday 21st October, our runners gave it their all, showing amazing determination, teamwork, and school spirit from start to finish.
And the results were fantastic!

🌟 Year 3/4 Girls – 4th Place!
All those brilliant runs added up to an incredible result — St Anne’s came joint 1st overall! 🏆

On Thursday 9th October, our Y5/6 football team played their hearts out at the Catholic Schools Football Competition tonight, finishing runners-up! 🥈👏
They showed fantastic teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the evening — representing our school with pride both on and off the field.
A huge thank you to their families for cheering the team on. What a brilliant effort — well done, everyone!

On Wednesday 9th April, our Y5 & Y6 Tag Rugby team represented the school so well. The children's sportsmanship was noted by the organisers and referees as being exceptional- well done to all of you.

Our Y5 & Y6 football team took part in the Catholic schools competition at Rowley Park, finishing 5th. For some of the children, it was their first time representing the school in a sports event. They played extremely well and lived out our school mission statement to its fullest.
