It has been lovely to welcome back the children. This week we have been reading 'The Tiger Who came to Tea' and completing lots of drawing club activities. We are very pleased to see how the children responded to the 'challenge cards' we have introduced this week. The children have a set of tasks to work through in our continuous provision throughout the week to develop independence and self-led learning.  

We have also been learning about the continents of the world and some of the landmarks you would see if you visited. 

In maths this week we have been learning our number bonds to 10. For homework we have provided a link to a song which supports this and an interactive game to play. 

We have been re-assessed for our phonics groups and are continue to develop our reading and writing skills. Thank you for writing in your child's reading diary when reading at home has taken place.
