Advent Liturgy

Year 6 took time to reflect on the season of Advent through a special Advent Retreat. The music, meditation and beautiful Advent liturgy led by Dan and Emily from One Life Music helped to centre them all back to their personal Advent journey and pray for those who bring peace to our lives and the lives of others.

Liturgy to Mary

Bea, Kavin, Max and Charlie made an excellent job of planning and leading a class liturgy for Year 6 dedicated to Mary. They chose 'Ava Maria' to play during the gathering part of their liturgy and used 'The Glorious Mysteries' as a focus for the children to listen to. The class responded thoughtfully to the request of how they can show Mary's virtues in their lives and went forth with the focus of using these over the half term break to enhance the lives of others.
