Welcome to the Advent term. I am very excited to be your teacher this year. I look forward to seeing you all back in school, ready to learn and achieve your full potential.

Class Reminders

• Doors open at 8.40am for a prompt start at 8.45am. Year 6 finish at 3.20pm.
• PE with be on Wednesday and Friday. Children should come dressed in PE kit on these days and without earrings.
• Homework will be published in the 'Homework' folder on Thursday and should be completed and handed in by the following Wednesday.

Our Class Saint- Saint Padre Pio

This year, the children chose Saint Padre Pio as our class saint. Known for his deep dedication to prayer, Saint Padre Pio is a powerful example of faith and devotion. The children recognised his devotion to confession and reconciliation as particularly relevant this year, as they prepare for the sacrament of reconciliation. They were especially inspired by his love of the Eucharist, which connects beautifully to their journey this year as they prepare for their First Holy Communion. His Life reminds us of the importance of trusting in God and living a prayerful life.
