Our PE Lessons
Throughout this half term, children are developing their strength, balance, flexibility, and control as they take part in a range of gymnastics activities. They are practising key movements such as shapes, rolls, jumps, and balances on both the floor and apparatus, learning how to move safely and confidently. Children are also exploring creativity by working individually and with partners to build simple routines that showcase their growing skills. As the weeks progress, they are gaining confidence, improving coordination, and recognising how regular practice helps them to refine and extend their abilities.
