Nursery visit St. Anne's Church for Rememberance Day
Mon 11 Nov 2019On Rememberance Day Nursery Class visited St Anne’s Church for the first time. They lit a candle and said a prayer for all of the soldiers. -
Imani's Incredible Eats
Fri 08 Nov 2019Congratulations to one of our Year 5 pupils Imani Al-Khaldi, who has been nominated for The Community Awards 2019.
Imani masterminded ‘Imani’s Incredible Eats’. She set up this thriving charity by saving her pocket money to buy a community fridge which has been running alongside the food bank in Rising Brook Baptist Church since October 2018. In 2019 an additional three fridges have been added in different locations - Silkmore Children’s Centre, The Signpost Centre and Wolverhampton Outreach Centre. Well done Imani. -
Reception learn about endangered animals

Reception use their special Forest School pencils
Fri 08 Nov 2019Mrs Allcock, our very talented Teaching Assistant, made some pencils out of the spare twigs the children collected during their Forest Schools lesson. Reception Class loved them and did lots of handwriting practice! -
Year 3 visit St. Anne's Church
Fri 08 Nov 2019As part of their consolidation of learning about the sacraments, Year 3 visited St Anne’s Church. They looked at the baptismal font and the tabernacle as Mrs McKay explained their function within the church. They all had a quiet few minutes to say a prayer before heading back to school. -

Diwali Day in Reception Class
Mon 04 Nov 2019Reception Class children celebrated Diwali by coming to school in brightly coloured clothes. They enjoyed lots of fun activities including making traditional Diyas and dancing. -
Choir Club are getting in the Christmas Spirit
Mon 04 Nov 2019It’s that time of year again 🎄 Our choir have been invited to sing at St Mary’s Church, Stafford’s Christmas Tree Festival and have started practising already. They’re all very keen. -
