Reading 

Please ensure your child is reading the book bag book daily to develop their fluency and word recognition. Once it has been read a few times they should be building to a point where they can read the words without needing to sound out each word. 

Writing/Talk homework 

The children have enjoyed sharing stories for World Book Day. For writing this week please support your child to write their own little story. 

Maths 

We have been continuing with recognising number bonds to 10 this week. Please continue to explore these in different practical ways at home. 

Tapestry 

Please continue to add weekend news to Tapestry, the children love to talk through these with their friends.
