This week we have been continuing our learning of life cycles focusing on ladybirds, the children came home with their own "Life Cycle Ladybird Hat" We have shared the story "What the Ladybird Heard" and the children had lots of fun using their imagination and story telling skills to act the story out in our role play area. There has been lots of counting and subitising activities using our themed manipulatives in our classroom.
Please see below a counting and literacy activity to enhance their learning at home, we would love to see your photographs on tapestry to share with the children in class.
Thank you so much for the flower donations on Friday to celebrate the month of May dedicated to Our Lady Mary, the mother of Jesus. The fact that this month is the time when spring is at the height of its beauty our display in our hall really showed this.

Pour a little pile of flour onto the table. Spread the flour out on the table with your hands. Can you make patterns in the flour? Can you write the first letter of your name or even all of your name?
