This week we have been learning about different birds we might find in our gardens, the children are very knowledgable about the varieties of birds often see.
We have been reading Jack and the Beanstalk and enjoyed our Drawing Club activities related to this. In Maths we are starting to look at addition using a part whole model, we have added a powerpoint below to work through with your child at home.
As this weekend is the RSPB Big Birdwatch we would like the children to write a list of the birds they see on a walk or within the garden and record how many of each type they see.
