Science

Following on from last week's work on food groups, look at the balanced diet eatwell plate.  We need a large amount of fruits and vegetables and carbohydrates, medium amounts of proteins and dairy foods and a small amount of foods that are high in fat or sugar to have a balanced diet.  Using this, plan your own balanced meal.  This could be a packed lunch or a meal.
