Happy New Year and Welcome to the  New Spring Term!

Spring 1 Term Curriculum Overview. Here are some of the things we will be learning about over the next few weeks...

Growing and Changing

This term our main curriculum title is Growing and Changing.

This vehicle is separated into two parts:

Spring 1

Growth and Change in the Polar Regions

 &

Spring 2

Growth and Change closer to home

For further details about our learning during Spring 1, please see our curriculum overview.

During Spring 2 we will be learning all about growth and change locally. This will include spring time activities, planting, growing and hopefully hatching our own baby chicks.

At the end of the Spring term, as our Curriculum Vehicle concludes, we would like to hold our very own scarecrow building festival.  This will be a family occasion where the children with Mums and Dads can come to school and build their own scarecrows which will be displayed in our outdoor area. There will be prizes for the best scarecrows too!!

Details to follow.
