Homework

Children will be set homework weekly in maths and English. This will be sent home on a Friday and must be handed in by Wednesday. Sometimes work will be set on learning platforms online. This will be made clear in the homework book sent home on Friday.

In addition to this children are expected to learn their weekly spellings (please see spelling page) and to read at least three times a week for 15 minutes (please see reading page). Children also need to practice multiplication facts regularly. Children have login details for Times Tables Rockstars to support this. Mrs Hampton will set regular challenges on this website - can you beat Mrs Hampton?

 

Each term, in conjunction with our class vehicle, children will be given a homework project to complete. Please see the letter below for the titles to choose from for this term.
